We feel that there have been targeted attacks on our brand over the past few months. One by one our products are being listed as ‘inauthentic’ by some users who have bought our products via Amazon India

Since our company’s conception, we have been very clear and transparent about how we grow and process our products. We are extremely receptive to consumer complaints and replace or refund without any questions if ever such a situation arises.

We are a small company with very limited manpower and funds. Such harassment demotivates us as a lot of our time is spent on firefighting issues like these. However, it will never demotivate us from serving cats who are our true consumers.

We will never let them down and will continue to work in the direction of making the lives of cats and cat parents easier. We have constantly been seeking help from Amazon Marketplace over this issue since over a month but to no avail.

The only thing we have received from them is repeated robotic talk with no solution in sight. We cannot seek further help as even customer support doesn't know what to do in such a situation.
