Both UNCW and High Point have P5 size/athleticism. High Point has unreal athleticism.

Under 12 1st half: 21-9 #HPUmbb Rob had 2 early 3’s. Now Braden just recently added 2 back to back 3’s. There’s a noticeable difference defensively from HPU, even in this exhibition. To break it all down here, impossible. But it’s there!

Final after 1 OT: High Point 99 UNCW 98 Will comment on stats if they become available, obviously an exhibition, exhibition things happen. Both teams clearly pretty evenly matched (as every metric indicated) Just more reason for EVERY exhibition to have at least live stats.

99-98 Panther win in OT against UNCW. Love an overtime dog fight exhibition.

That was a sensational exhibition game. UNCW missed some free throws late and had a couple brain cramp moments, but it was a really fun game that showcased the high talent level of the team. UNCW and High Point are once again two of the best mid majors in the country.

I’ll say this off top about today’s men’s game in Trask…put UNCW, CofC and HPU in the A10 with Davidson and there is going to be some bad blood between those four….mid-major Tobacco Road type energy.
