Fourth rescue today. 21 people, among whom 7 women and 3 minors, were rescued from a wooden boat in distress in international waters off #Libya. The #OceanViking was alerted to the distress case by Sea-Watch International aircraft #Seabird. There are now 196 survivors onboard.
