Yesterday, Nov. 3, the school had it’s second Wellness Wednesday. Speaker, certified social worker and owner of Riley counseling, Melissa Zawisza shared her insight on how to cope with stress. “I think it’s figuring out what works best for each individual,” Zawisza said.

Today our #1 State Ranked Volleyball team plays against Midlothian at 7 p.m. at Ellie Davis Fieldhouse. The Lady Scots lost to Midlothian last year, tonights match is for the regional quarter final (round 3 out of 7). Tickets can be purchased at gofan.com.
