Remember the collapse I posted few days ago?

I revisited the area after a few tide cycles. This is how yesteryears garbage is deposited onto the shoreline.

The collapsed dirt is gone, anything that can float is on its way into the Pacific Ocean and I got an old coffee cup👏🏼

I am commonly asked “what is a collapse”…

1st image is from Feb, 2nd image is today.

The sections of #FraserRiverJunkyard are all within’ intertidal zones, they are submerged at high tide.

Why the City doesn’t put up a weir or cover the “yesteryear” with riprap is beyond me.
