The first sod has been turned on the O’Devaney Gardens redevelopment, which will deliver 1,044 new homes in the heart of Dublin city. 50% of the A-rated homes will be delivered to Dublin City Council for social and affordable housing.

DCC hosted a sod turning ceremony to mark the start of the first phase of construction of over 850 new homes at Oscar Traynor Woods in Coolock. The development will contain a wide range of A-rated home types along with play areas, cycle trails allotments and much more.
