We were tortured poets today 🤣. We learned about poetic elements and looked for them in Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off”😉🎶. We ended our day with friendship bracelets 🫶. We will dive deeper tomorrow as we begin to analyze poems for meaning in Love that Dog 🐶Plainview Elementary School

Today was school picture day. My student, dressed to the nines in his green suit, brightened my day so much. Also, Lizzie, our class pet, got her picture taken as well. She’ll be in our yearbook, lipstick (ie strawberry juice) and all 😜🦎📸🫶 Plainview Elementary School

I’m dead 💀🤣. I was playing around on MagicSchool AI 💜 🪄✨ and made a song about photosynthesis to the tune of “Hot to Go” by Chapel Roane. It’s called “Hot to Grow” 🌱☀️🤣. Can’t wait to bust this one out!
