Piastri's SC procedures were very similar: on L17 (white) after Chapel he reached 208 kph and then slowed down to 50kph in ~160m; on L21 (yellow) he slowed down from 217 to 52kph in ~140m and got a penalty. Low visibility probably played a big role in the penalty. Deserved?
