Nice day for a ferry ride !!

Horning Foot Ferry is now running 7 days a week!! There we were chasing Otters down the river yesterday. Just swam along next to the boat !

A definite nip in the air tells me were into the last few weeks of the season. It's been great, but more exciting things to come!!

Quick heads up re the weekend. We will not be running on Saturday, but will be running on Sunday.

We're coming in from Essex today - may be running late due to unforeseen and multiple road closures and diversions. Should be at the boat by 11, if not please wait for us

Last ferry day today and then a break for a week plus, while we get a replacement engine fitted. I'll post details of when we're running again when I know.

Quick update regarding today 16th of September. We will be finishing tonight at 5 p.m ahead of the essential maintenance which begins tomorrow.

At last !! Replacement engine being fitted!!

Just to let you know that we will not be running this weekend as the engine fitting is taking longer than expected. Popped down to see how they were getting on yesterday and the rearrangements of the back of the boat will give us a lot more space to play with !

At last!! Replacement engine fitted. Now a few hours of test running this week. It's certainly quieter.

Horning Ferry up and running this Easter weekend from 11am today!!

Horning Foot Ferry running today from 11am til 6.30-7pm. Remember, apart from trips across the river, we now go up to the village and down to Church Staithe and anywhere in between!!! Call 07393 458682

Next Saturday is Horning boat show day and the Ferry will be operating from the village Staithe at Horning. We will be doing 15 minute trips up and down the river at an extremely reasonable price to give as many people as possible, the experience of being on the water
