Phase 1 is done at IU Health Springmill Surgery Center, with Pepper Construction !! 🚧⚙️ Now on to phase 2! This was the renovation of 12,000 square feet of the first floor in the North wing. It added six new procedure rooms and supporting spaces.

It’s #TacoTuesday!! 🌮 Where are you going? Now couldn’t be a better time than to support our local restaurants like the Verde we designed in Carmel, Indiana. Project info: This tenant-finish project of a shell space included a 4,000 square foot restaurant with a full kitchen.

Did you know that our top markets are higher education, healthcare, hospitality, and corporate office spaces? 🏗 We have loved all our past projects, which has been in almost all industries, and will love all future ones. However, these four are where we like to focus the most!
