40 years today got recalled back to Durham prison for being totally haywire! It was also when I was reintegrated with education! Now enjoying teaching my own students who are the age I was then!!

Thinking back to last night on the lash in Manchester and suddenly remembered seeing two of my students watching me on the karaoke! Apparently I lecture better than I sing!! 😂🤣

Tried out this cool wrist soft flask today! Holds 200ml but I’m going to try it at tomorrow’s marathon I’m doing in Telford! Got used to it almost immediately! 😀
