Something rarely discussed is how sourcing is really a flow state. It's one of best parts of my current daily routine. Even on slow/bad days there's something about it that's become really addicting.

Evenings hitting different

Routine here is not much different than in LA but it’s a lot more fun. Run, gym, spend time figuring out how to solve problems alone over some caffeine, go home and execute.

Sourcing doesn't get easier, you get just get faster! I've been hitting it daily for two months now and have five leads to buy tomorrow after an hour of work. Hit my spend goal today with retrospective leads as well. The pipeline I've built has become my most valuable tool.
