On Tuesday we went to the plaza to watch #thegreatescaper WOW! What a film! We would fully recommend it, there was not a dry eye when the lights went on. Wonderful film. It also initiated lots of conversation about personal memories of the war on our way home xXx #mysefton

Tuesday at The Sunflower Club’, caught up with friends and got plenty of gentle exercise. Daily exercise is so important as you get older. maintains muscle strength and flexibility, improves cardiovascular health, all of which help to prevent falls and maintain independence.

Little shopping day around Maghull square and lunch at One Central in the sun afew weeks ago. Wow we only ordered sandwiches and none of us could finish them, massive portions, definitely value for money. We will be back soon xXx #dementiacare #endloneliness #mysefton
