On April 22nd, advocates nationwide will be gathering in Washington DC to protest the recent Supreme Court case that, if voted in favor of, could allow unhoused people to be arrested for sleeping outside, even if there are no safe options around.

HFF is disappointed in the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Grants Pass v. Johnson. It allows cities to criminalize individuals for sleeping outside when they have no alternative. It is inhumane & penalizes the most vulnerable in our communities who are already suffering.
