Love all these regions posting epic winter pics after a beatdown! So we thought we'd do the same. A few of our PAX even had long sleeves on Saturday morning. Brrrrr.

After a beautiful 6 mile ruck at Camp Pendleton, we got a real treat. Pooper Scooper let us get up close and personal with a few whirlybirds. It was pretty epic.

This is one of my favorite moments from GTE45. Honored do this event with such outstanding HIM beside me. Leave no man behind, and leave no man where you find him.

It's a Cinco de Mayo tradition in our region - TACO RUCK! 5 miles. 5 taco shops. 1 taco at each stop. With this crew, it's always an epic time. This year's route: Colima's, Primo's, Valerie's Taco Shop, Josés Taco, and Los Tacos.

F3 is open to all men, but that doesn't mean it's a sausage fest. ... unless your brother Gabagool hooks you up with a tour of his sausage factory. In that case, yeah, I suppose it is a sausage fest. #TakeYourPAXToWorkDay

Happy birthday... to us! Today we celebrated 3 years as a region with our annual costume convergence. This year's theme: Dress as your F3 name! 38 PAX gathered for a beatdown, 2nd F breakfast, and a whole lot of shenanigans! F3

Our crew was asked mid-beatdown to stop and build a stage for an Easter event happening at our AO. Proud of our guys for putting down their agenda and taking up an unexpected call to lead in our community. Also, the guy who asked us to help is 100% Santa. #MoreThanAWorkout

Congrats to Caveman, the newly crowned champion of our 3rd annual QvQ tournament! The coveted Golden Cindy is now his! Every week, 2-3 Qs competed for the vote of the PAX with only 1 man advancing. Votes are based on (1) creativity (2) difficulty and (3) leadership of the Q.

The PAX had another successful #BoardMeeting this afternoon. Motion to shred the gnar was unanimously approved, and we adjourned afterward for some 2nd F brewskis.
