Sadly, there will be no debating this week as we are heading over to play the S6s at football. The only debate will be by how many the teachers will win... #jinxedit

Once again I'm flabbergasted by the quality of our young people! Everyone performed brilliantly and for the first time competing in a debate we managed to get a team through to the semi-finals and narrowly missed out on 2! Well done Katie, Nazee, Noah & Rose Holyrood Secondary #ABC

This week, we are off to Whitehill Secondary for the semi-finals of the Glasgow Speakers junior debating competition with Katie and Rose. Tonight Aila, Lev, Ciara and Ava-rose took part in the Glasgow Bar Debating comp run by Glasgow Speakers Well done to everyone for your hard work. Congratulations to Ciara and Ava-Rose in getting to the next round. Holyrood Secondary #HocVince

Tonight Ava-Rose and Ciara competed in the Glasgow Bar association debating semi-final. Unfortunately they were just pipped at the post by students 2 years their senior. This is just the beginning though and they will be back with a bang next year @holyrood #hocvince
