Apollos began to speak boldly in the synagogue. When Priscilla & Aquila heard him, they invited him to their home and explained to him the way of God more fully. When he wanted to go to Achaia, the brothers & sisters encouraged him and wrote to the disciples there to welcome him.

Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were trading there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and benches of those selling doves. “It is written,” he said to them, “‘My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’”

At Ephesus, Paul went to the synagogue and reasoned with the Jews. When they asked him to spend more time with them, he declined, promising, “I will come back if it is God’s will.” Then he sailed to Caesarea, then went to Jerusalem and greeted the church and then went to Antioch.

The disciples put their cloaks on the donkey & colt for Jesus to sit on. A very large crowd spread their cloaks and branches cut from trees on the road, and shouted, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest heaven!”

Paul stayed in Corinth for some time. Then he left the brothers and sisters and sailed for Syria, accompanied by Priscilla & Aquila. Before he sailed, he had his hair cut off at Cenchreae because of a vow he had taken. They arrived at Ephesus, where Paul left Priscilla & Aquila.

This took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet: “Say to Daughter Zion, ‘See, your king comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, and on a colt, the foal of a donkey.’” The disciples went and did as Jesus had instructed them. (Matthew 21:4-6)
