Challenge #43 was to attempt a climbing wall, but friends dared me to take on two more challenges whilst I was there - the drop slide and ‘Stairway to Heaven’. None of this seems to be helping with my dislike of heights!

I am honoured to have been awarded an NIHR Research Doctoral Fellowship to continue my work around implementation of ICU palliative care with University of Hull @WolfsonPallCare.

I am now looking to build a PPI panel to advise and support the project.
