Back in the gym tomorrow for the first time in over a year 💪

4 12 hour night shifts then 10 days off. Will be in London a week today meeting Chris' mum and sister for the first time 😁 can't wait!

Only one night shift down and I feel like pure shit. Three more to go.

Delayed update but I got the promotion. It's been a tough year mentally and physically and I've beaten some mega mental health but I'm so much stronger and proud of myself.

Chest and throat infection for the past week, second day of steroids and antibiotics and the steroids are giving me the side effects of insomnia 😴

BIG back and leg workout at the gym today, chest and throat infection giving it a slight lag but determined after not going for over a week 💪

In better news, throat and chest infection I've beaten 2 PBs for my legs 💪😁 so much more confident now a days and stronger mentally.

No lie, thought it was the 1st of September today, not October. 🤦

Chris and I now have the flat to ourselves. Flat mate has moved out and we are joint renting our current place until we get enough money for a deposit on our own home, hopefully in a year and half to 2 years 😁🏡
