Day 1 Off-Season in the books! Started with Darts BP, Lefty Sinkers & Hoppy FB’s. Foam Balls and Different Bats used to challenge our work.

Another day of work! Starting with darts, then regular bp and finished with left handed sliders with the Marv balls and under-load bats.

Todays work- Heavy bat warmup, Jackson did the hover drill and Ethan did the step back drill. We then went into bp. And finished with machine shooting fastballs and right handed sliders. Brady Holliday Jackson Holliday Ethan Holliday
