Hey #machinelearning folks: When you do exploratory data analysis incl. visualization--do you restrict that (also) on the training data?

Whenever I watch a video in which the person introduces him/her self with "Hi my name is....", I instantly expect them to continue with "you may know me from movies such as..." #Simpsons
