Your swing is not your identity. I love players. Competitors. Passionate Warriors. Not swings. A 31 oz piece of wood doesn’t control you. It is not you. Tell me your swing doesn’t feel right telling me your mind isn’t right. YOU compete in the game not your swing.

Yessir, thank you, coach! Thank you for helping me! You've been amazing to work with as well. I've grown so much. Takes time to get comfortable with my body changing and learning to throw hard. I will get there 💪😀

Hit a new high for Pitching with Max Velo at 93 MPH this past Friday. Staying consistent with FB at 89-92 through 5 in. Final Pitch was at 91. Consistent has been the magic word this Summer. Chad Longworth Chase Cunningham ⚾️ hokiesam Daniel Boone Blazer Baseball FLATGROUND Pitching

Some recruiting service just told me they dropped my ranking because I committed to Virginia Tech! That’s insane but I don’t care about recruiting and rankings . I do believe it should be fair, and you shouldn’t rank a kid off of what school they commit to. VT is home🦃 #hokies

Parent: "There's no way kids just playing and having fun can develop real athleticism." Me: Well, I got news for you... Playing and having fun is exactly how kids develop athleticism, and if anyone tells you differently or tries to sell you on exercise and specific workouts

I used to believe that throwing 95 required near-perfect mechanics. Over time I learned there is no such thing. Each individual's structure differs, and "limits" in one area (i.e. drift/arm path here) can be made up for in other areas - pelvic unload, block, physicality, etc.

Had a great bullpen at Tread Athletics. Getting back into the swing of things with Chase Cunningham ⚾️. Looking forward to my first college season! WaltersStBaseball Chad Longworth T91.7 text me if interested in trackman data. Last season Topped 95 hope to exceed that this year.
