I got to meet #Yorkshire heroes James and Chris from Hell Oar High Water today. They rowed 3,000 nautical miles across the #Atlantic having not ever rowed before they started training. Top fellas from #Idle in #Bradford and you can hear them on my Pulse 2 show on Monday after 1pm.

An example of when your unused calf muscles (from not walking) start to be consumed as fuel by your body and turn in to a balloon filled with jelly. Yum 😋
