What better way to start a week of House Sport, than an afternoon of House Hockey in beautiful sunshine ☀️

2nd & 3rdYr boys enjoying the first couple of days of House Hockey in the sunshine. Showing off their skills and having great fun!

A brilliant week of House Hockey was completed in the sunshine with 6th form, the upper school and then finally the 1st year today. All had fun in the sun and it was great to see some seniors coming back to hockey after not picking up a stick for a couple of years!

Last weekend 2 of RGS Hockey became National Champions with their respective clubs. Izzy Vds with Wimbledon U18s and Felix F with Guildford U16s. Great achievement well done- we are proud of you. 👏👏

3 RGS Hockey players were involved in SupraLeague Finals Day. Katie A & Ella H with Oxted HC having won their league to qualify for the South East Hockey Tier 3 Final. Amelie H played for Surbiton Hockey Club U16 at the National Hockey Stadium. All won silver medals. Congrats #proud

Congratulations to Alex B who won the U16 IndoorU.K. hockey tournament in Derby last weekend, with Epsom Hockey Club 👏🥇Great opportunity to keep playing Hockey through the summer.

A great day of action at the England Hockey Challenge Cup as the U17s start their competition.

After an amazing experience of the opening ceremony and Mr Field proudly wearing the formal team attire! Scottish Hockey entered us all to a 5-5 thriller of an opening game against New Zealand. Well played Mr Field.👏👏

What a great week watching Mr Field representing Scottish Blue Sticks Scottish Hockey in the Commonwealth Games. In their last game against Pakistan he showed some great skill including getting the ball back across goal for their amazing 1st goal! All RGS Hockey are very proud of you!

Scotland sign off with a 7-2 win against Ghana in the 9th/10th placing game. Some great reactions, pace & skill from Mr Field led to 2 of the Scottish Hockey goals. Well done Mr Field - we loved watching you - if you missed it you can still catch up on BBC iPlayer.
