Rachel McGregor is earning her bachelor's degree in public policy. The Honors College @ UH grad was a Civic Houston Intern with HOU Mayor’s Office of Education & Youth Engagement in the fall of 2023, where she worked on expanding programs and resources for Houston's next generation.
