#Cornwell2117 have been operating as part of a fictional task-group. With a night onboard the former HMS Brecon, today were sent ashore to bring disaster relief to a town hit by natural disaster. With insurgents operating nearby the recruits needed to be on constant alert.

HMS Raleigh and the RN Sports Development team from HMS Temeraire provided 2 days of grassroots sports to PH1 and PH2 trainees. Over 230 recruits were recreated, and it was a landmark first time a NavyFit Sports Day has ever been delivered to PH1 personnel. #NavyFit

The first few days in the Royal Navy have flown by for #Cornwell2128, who joined on Monday. As well as paperwork, kit issue and getting to know their new classmates, they've completed their 2.4 km run assessment. #backtowork #NavyFit

The planting of Birch and Hazel trees today at HMS Raleigh. The project is part of the re-greening programme. It was a combined effort between DIO, VIVO Defence Services, MGS, MPGS and personnel from Corporate Sqn, assisted by Cdr Mal McCallum.

Honorary Captain Pete Reed OBE officially relaunched Neptune Sqn, HMS Raleigh's rehabilitation facility. Our gratitude goes to Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity and The Gosling Foundation, 4D Architects Studio, Plymouth Property Maintenance and Raleigh staff and personnel.

On Friday 28 March, HMS Raleigh had the privilege of hosting the Second Sea Lord Vice Admiral Sir Martin Connell KCB CBE as he toured the establishment then took the salute at the Passing-Out Parade of Cornwell 34, the latest sailors to join the Fleet.

A charity cake sale was held to raise money for Luna's Fund, cakes were kindly donated and supplied by Mitie and Health & Safety Staff, so far from this event the total raised is £329.79. Thank you to those that donated.

INT knocked it home at Home Park. A fantastic opportunity was taken by HMS Raleigh. LAET Mikey Hallowes organised a football match held at Home Park Stadium Plymouth Argyle FC raising money for charity Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity. Final score 4-2 to INT(Initial Naval Training).
