HMS Bulls competed at the MCPS Middle School Track Meet on Saturday. Ladies placed 3rd and gentlemen placed 6th- these students demonstrated perseverance and hard work. We are incredibly proud them them. Shout out to Coaches Dortch &Mack for their hard work and support!

HMS had 18 students for MCPS in State History Fair. Students competed in 5 categories: Vinnie M won Historical Paper & goes to National History Day in MD in June. Beck L & Ansh K won our county award. Christopher S, Alyanna L, & Rheanne M got 3rd place in Group Performance.

The state God, Flag and Country Oratory contest just concluded. Two HMS students won 1st place, J Donaldson and Z Moses.- moving on to INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION in Reno, Nevada! We are proud of these young women and thankful for help of Mrs. Earnest and their supportive families!

We are so proud of our running Bulls! Both the girls and boys cross country teams competed in the Silver River Cross Country Invitational on Saturday. These students ran 2.2 miles over rough terrain. Every last one of them finished the race and sprinted to the finish line. PROUD!
