In this science activity, students dissected owl pellets and reconstructed the skeletons of animals inside to discover and study the food chain of the owl and what the owls have been eating.

Members of the 7th & 8th Grade Girls Basketball team enjoyed a tour of the basketball facilities and got to watch the last home game for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The girls got to see some great basketball!

Today in 7th grade science, our young engineers designed and tested out their balloon powered cars to analyze Newton's 3 Laws of Motion and to calculate speed, distance, and time.  Lots of friendly competition and some amazing results!

This week in 7th Grade Science, our young scientists learned how magnetism works and how we utilize it in many everyday applications.  We ended our week with an engaging lab that allowed students to witness and analyze the invisible magnetic fields by using iron shavings.
