Halfords Chris Boardman CBE So disappointed to receive my 8.9 MTX E this morning had been built incorrectly by Halfords and despite paying for the service they don’t care

Currently standing in #Halfords for the fourth time this week. Being told that the store now won’t take responsibility for the damage sustained to my bike

#halfords Aintree claim that they don’t work for Halfords and are a separate entity entirely to Halfords. What a surprise. Their manager Dan says the damage sustained isn’t their responsibility and I should just take it home and deal with it

#halfords. I’ve been told to phone the customer service who never answer the door honestly anyway whilst still inside Halfords as they don’t have a contact number to call. It must be a really strange place to work.
