Final results. If these data are true (I believe them), it is hard to justify requiring PCI be performed in hospitals w/surgical services. Most people seem to believe the need for emergency PCI after CABG is at least as great. But obviously, most of the best programs have both.

F/u - NM showed min flow/non fxn R kidney. Patient SBP 180s on 4 meds. IVL + stent L kidney. Was able to find tiny difficult R lesion - pressures improved to 140s shortly after treating Right side w/ IVL/stent also.
