Talked to my daughter (8) about the covid situation this morning. She said “It’s just like climate change. They won’t do anything because they say it’s too expensive, but it will end up costing humans.” She’s more correct than she knows, the parallel’s run deeper.

Today’s news will induce even more anxiety than usual. The sight of plants & gentle colour gradation alleviates stress. 15 mins walking in a green space dials down blood pressure, pulse rate, stress hormone levels (cortisol) & lifts mood but if that’s tricky my photos may help.
