It was a pleasure to support the charity lunch organised by Sanatan Dharma Mandir in support of Rt Hon Lord Mayor’s Graham Hinchey chosen charity Guide Dogs Cymru. It was interesting to see the skills demonstrated by Jason, the guide dog.

Thank you to all the schools, community groups, businesses and individuals who helped us raise over £75,000 and highlight the fantastic work of Guide Dogs Cymru
It was lovely to engage different community groups and talk about how Guide Dogs Cymru can help anyone suffering with sight loss.
Good luck to all our Yr 6 pupils leaving for High School this week and thank you to all our Birchgrove Primary stars for a fantastic “Get Me Out Of Here!” concert yesterday.
As Chair of Governors it’s a huge thank you to Mr Griffiths, Mrs Wainwright & Mrs Hughes who are leaving us Ton Yr Ywen Primary after many years of service to our school and our community. The very best of wishes also to all our fantastic Yr6 pupils as they move up to High School.
Thank you Blwyddyn (Yr) 6 for the invite. An historic and privileged year to have served as the 117th Lord Mayor of Cardiff. Lots of great Q&A to get through, followed by a lovely Yr 1 Christmas concert. What a lovely day with our Birchgrove Primary stars. Dioch yn fawr pawb.
