Batch 8 is in the books! We’ve bottled 86 litres of maple syrup so far this season and the sap is still flowing. We are hoping to reach 100 litres before the trees bud.

Our Grade 3 classes from Alvin Curling PS had an incredible day of outdoor learning today HillsideOutdoorEd . They got to hike, explore, make and eat bannock with maple syrup, and toast marshmallows. Thx to the staff and our volunteers for making it such a memorable experience for us.

It’s early this year, but the maple sap is dripping and we are boiling our first batch of maple syrup. Thank you to the students @BrianPS_TDSB for helping us to start the season!
