In Junior DTE, Year 6 pupils have started working with Vex Go Robotics, and Year 4 pupils are focusing on designing and making structures.

Year 5 pupils have enjoyed various team-building exercises and a range of activities supporting their Geography unit on Rivers during their residential trip to Sayers Croft.

It has been a busy week for Junior School 'Houses' with positions of responsibility being announced as well as the sorting ceremony for Year 3 pupils taking place.

Well done to all pupils taking part in the House Table Tennis competition; showcasing plenty of talent, team spirit and enthusiasm!

Pupils from across the Junior School continue to enjoy attending the Principal's Tea Party on Friday mornings, celebrating individual academic and personal achievement.

Last week, the Junior School marked Children's Mental Health Week with an excellent assembly from Year 5 pupils and some reflective activities on wellbeing.

Junior School pupils marked the end of Lunar New Year with a traditional lion dance performance, learning about the history behind this dance. They had the opportunity to try out some moves themselves, as well as learning some martial arts!

Year 3 have been enjoying their Egyptian Day, learning about life in Ancient Egypt through a variety of different activities, including creating their own cartouche art work and traditional perfumes.

Today was one our most anticipated events of the year; the House Performance Poetry Finals! Well done to all finalists for doing themselves and their House proud!

Year 5 have been enjoying a Spanish tapas tasting morning, trying out some of the foods they have been learning about in their Spanish lessons.

The Junior School pupils got a taste of Olympic gymnastics this morning, with a visit from Nile Wilson; a Bronze medalist at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Year 5 have been transported back to the early 18th century through their workshop on the Alfred Noyes poem, The Highwayman.

4F wowed us all this morning with an engaging assembly looking at jobs of the future!

Careers Day is in full flow at the Junior School, with the children hearing from some of our parents about their career journeys.

We've been lucky to have some of our wonderful parents visit us this week to run some exciting workshops on Ramadan!

Our Boys Street Dance Club got us off to an energetic start with an amazing performance in assembly this morning!
