💚🧡💜 We had a PARTY 🎉 Thanks to funding from ChorleyBS we were able to hold our first party in two years, and celebrate #RareDiseaseDay! Also thanks to Lakeside CoffeeHouse for bringing our ideas to life. We were incredibly impressed!
