So Aldo has been sitting on a plane on the tarmac for almost 9 hours today, after travelling overnight from Boston. No food or drink except for 1 small cup of water towards the end of this stint. No ability to charge devices so families had no idea what was happening 😢😡

In response to Joe Wicks saying #ADHD is caused by ultra-processed foods: Joe is a force for so much good but on this he's abjectly wrong. His point that a good diet can help almost everyone is right. But diet good, bad, or ugly won't make you have ADHD or make you not have ADHD.

As a parent of a child with ADHD (and Tourettes … wouldn’t wish either on anyone) and with an honours degree in nutrition and food science, this is unbelievably disappointing 😢
