Exciting news! The International Hibernation Symposium 2024 is officially open for registration and abstract submission...

You can register through this link until July 8th (hibsoc.com/shop/). Registration includes breakfasts, lunches, breaks and the banquet. Once payment is confirmed you will receive a receipt and an invitation to submit an abstract within a few days.

Hotel rooms can be booked at a discounted price until June 20th directly through the venue using this link (conference.hibsoc.com/accommodations/).

Mont-Tremblant is ~125km N of Montréal’s Pierre Trudeau airport. We are working on arranging bus transfers from the airport (fee TBD) but car rental is also a good option (parking is not included in registration or hotel fees).

We hope to offer travel awards, especially to students, but their availability will depend greatly on our financial situation, and we will not know about their status until closer to the conference date.

The “Camp de Base” conference center is in the heart of the pedestrian village, no more than 200m from the two 3-star hotels which offer preferred rates for attendees (for booking details see Accommodations). The deadline to get these preferred rates is 20 June.
