The social consensus on monolithic chains is remarkably tight until apps start high valuation L2s

Once that schelling point breaks the L1 social consensus becomes increasingly hard to enforce

Monoliths need an L2 strategy, even if it isn't plan A

I don’t think we have any risk of real legislation passing this year for crypto, which is good
