What were you doing at 7:30 this morning? Mr. Miller’s 1st block class got a great start this morning learning about strength, cardio, and core training!

The cups are symbols of some of the stressors high school students carry. This student is getting overloaded with stressors from our whole class!!! Students will be learning about how to manage their stressors in positive ways as we embark on our next classroom unit.

Getting a lot in for wellness today! Students getting their kettlebell workout in this morning and learning how to communicate more effectively through some mock interviews in the classroom!

Seeing a beautiful day at HHS, this Praying Mantis was eager to get his golf swings in! He only put a short pause on our golf swings as our class is learning the basics of golf. As we couldn’t find a short enough club for the bug, students moved him to a safer place.

Class is learning the process of creating and setting their sights on their goals, then hitting their targets. Figuratively and literally...it is a process!
