This! I’ve told my teachers this so many times over the last 10 months. I hate not being able to truly empathize. I am constantly surveying and trying to seek to understand it it doesn’t replace experience!

Which is why it is so hard! When you do work from the heart, it will never be easy but will always be the most rewarding.

This. Also- our superintendent seems superhuman at times as we navigate continued tragedy at Heath City Schools. One more thing to consider- lawmakers and government leaders have forced superintendents to make some of the hardest and most unpopular decisions. Be.nice.
