Our boys' varsity was led by Alex with a new PR and the girls were led by Nora. Nash secured the highest Holy Family finish of the day with 11th in the middle school race, just 0.2 of a second off of a top 10 finish. Nice racing, Fire Cross Country!

Rarin' to go for Glencoe! It's MEET DAY, everyone! Swift wishes to our Holy Family Cross Country athletes as they hit the road to Glencoe-Silver Lake High School for another Central MN clash at the Caty Delwiche Invitational. 1st race is at 4:00PM today. Run fast, Fire CC!

Putting the pedal to the "medal"! Shout out to our HF Cross Country athletes on bringing home the hardware at Glencoe-Silver Lake! The future of HF CC is looking bright as Nash cruised to victory in the middle school race (as a 6th grader he beat all the 7th and 8th graders).

Proving their "medal"! Congrats to all HF Cross Country medalists! Noah (18th out of 107 runners) led the boys to an 8th place team finish. Shout out to Layla on earning her 1st ever CC medal w/a 15th place finish out of 103 runners leading our Fire girls to 6th place as a team!
