Sometimes I am gobsmacked at the absurdity of what we're trying to do. Levi's has been around since the gold rush. Think about how much has changed since then: social mores, trends, behaviors, tech, etc. Trying to create something enduring when change = the only constant.

The brands you envy because they seem to scale effortlessly did one or more of these 5 things: 1. Put more thought into positioning 2. Structured offer & UX around Meta (or another acq channel) 3. Picked a product with a bigger TAM 4. Are less profitable 5. Got lucky
