I want young people to know that having money in the bank is much “cooler” than wearing money on your body. When you’re in the building stage of your life, prioritise that first. Once you’ve built your foundations, THEN you can pickup some designer & all that but BUILD FIRST!

Actually, when you die, your bank account doesn’t vanish, it’s frozen. The cash becomes part of your estate & only gets released after probate. So no, it doesn’t mean “absolutely nothing”. It means it will form part of your estate for inheritance.
