It was a pleasure to host a visit by Shalanda Baker, U.S. Department of Energy Director of the Office of Economic Impact and Diversity & Sonrisa Lucero, Special Advisor for Stakeholder Engagement today. We toured NREL ESIF and discussed NREL’s equitable R&D, deployment, and internship activities.

As we welcome students back to campus, we'd like to give a special shoutout to our international students! Herrick is proud to be home to students and alumni from over 35 countries!

We had a great time welcoming our new Herrick students during orientation today. Thank you to all that joined us for the cookout. It's always great getting together and enjoying time with our students!
