Bij Humberto heb ik het kabinet opgeroepen om snel met een novelle (reparatie van de wet) te komen. Daarvoor hoeven we niet te wachten op het advies van de Raad van State. Het kabinet kan dat zelf doen. Voor CDA steun in de Eerste Kamer is reparatie van de wet geboden.
