One of our older papers, consuming 60 g dual source carbohydrate blends (glucose:fructose) REDUCES total carbohydrate oxidation during half marathon running compared with 60 g glucose only; saturate your glucose transporters first before adding fructose! pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25144431/
