The second panel of #HSF2024 day two focused on the state and future of European #security architecture. The panel featured Barbara Kunz, Max Bergmann, Tyyne Karjalainen and Sylvie Kauffmann who addressed the building blocks required for enhanced European security.

In their #HSF2024 panel, speakers Tytti Tuppurainen, Esa Rautalinko of Patria Group, Michael Williamson of Lockheed Martin delved into the role of the defence industry in securing Europe. The discussion was moderated by Lt. Gen. (ret.) Ben Hodges Ben Hodges.

Founder and CEO of Fiker Institute Dubai Abulhoul discussed the relations of the West and the Middle East, and Middle Eastern perspectives to European security, calling for more two-way dialogue. Abulhoul was interviewed by Olli Ruohomäki FIIA. #HSF2024

The final panel of #HSF2024 focused on securing the #Arctic. Speakers Masatoshi Murakami, Iro Särkkä, Alex Dalziel ja Greg Pollock discussed the region’s security challenges and ways to respond to them with moderator Teri Schultz.
