there needs to be a Convo ABT conflict resolution guides telling PPL to use I statements like I feel XYZ & how that intersects W patriarchy/racism/ABLEISM etc constantly making PPL doubt their feelings reflect reality. To me using I feel statements feels invalidating BC these EXP

I'm kind of shocked. I was just at a online conference where she spoke last week though I didn't get to attend that session Such a loss to the entire community. Even though I never met her, she felt like a mentor through what I learned from her work. She will be sorely missed.
