#healthXPH although this tweetchat is in celebration of Mother's Day, we should take the effort to appreciate the sacrifices our mothers made for us. Everyday. Nobody is perfect, but we only have one mother.

I make it a point to reserve my Sundays for the senior citizens, but most especially for my mother. She gets lonely at times, and i need to work during the week, so I set aside quality time for her. #healthXPH

#HealthXPH my mother not only takes care of us, her children, but also takes care of her own siblings, even though she's not the eldest. Our family compound is like a home for the aged.

We're now at T3. #healthxph Giving back the care to our mothers. How can you take care of your mother's health?

I remember looking at my baby pictures. I remember the story of how i cut my lip trying to reach for the Mama Mary statue on the shelf. Mommy was heavily pregnant then, but she wouldn't let anybody else carry me to the hospital to have my lip sewn (7 stitches). #healthXPH

#HealthXPH My mother raised four of us siblings all by her lonesome after my dad died at 47 years old. I never thought about it, but it must have been tough. but then we turned out to be a doctor, a vet, a lawyer and a banker, so not bad.
