Hearing from Valeriya Ionan – Ukraine DM for Eurointegration, Digital Transformation was 100% the energizing pov I needed. The groundwork for digital gov't allowed them pivot in Russian invasion. Digital identity docs = paper meant IDP/refugees could leave w/ only smartphone.
